Of course, we'd love you to come in store and spend some time discussing your pet needs, but we realise that leading the busy lives we all do, that sometimes that isn't practical or even possible. So we stay as flexible as we can to accomodate your preferences : Pick Up - Coming past, but in a hurry? Give us notice and we'll have your order ready to pack in your car, there is 15 minute parking right outside the door! Even if you're unable to get out of the car, call us when you arrive and we'll provide in-car service. For large orders, arrangements can be made to serve you from the back door, but out of respect for our neighbours please don't arrive there unannounced. Delivery - At the moment we're offering FREE delivery within 10km (or thereabouts) of Diamond Creek. Most deliveries will happen Wednesdays and Thursdays with Fridays as a fallback due to delays or inclement weather - contact Allison by 5:30 Tuesday to arrange. As demand fluctuates, we're unable to estimate times, but be assured that Craig will deliver as soon as he can (we don't use any 3rd party courier services). To avoid delays, please ensure that Craig has easy access to the arranged drop off point and that all animals are secured. Please note that refrigerated items (dog rolls, certain medications etc.) need to be delivered door to door and can't be left unattended - a delivery fee of $1 per km might need to be applied in some circumstances.

Where are the Sons? Collectively we have 5 children , all of whom have worked at Hadlow & Sons at different times. They have all moved on to bigger and better things leaving Mum and Dad to fend for themselves. Perhaps one day they'll return.......... Can I get delivery outside of the delivery area/times? Yes, depending on availabilty. A delivery fee of $1 per km, calculated by Google Maps will need to be applied. Can I order online? Whilst we acknowledge the convenience, we find the risks of fraud, hacking, shipping delays, return problems, quality control etc. more than we can bear. If you would like - email your order to enquiries@hadlows.com.au and we can email you a quote with a payment link and go from there. We don't keep any customer details beyond first name, last initial, phone number and email address. Do you sell hay? Yes. This season we have very high quality Oaten Hay, Lucerne Hay and Straw in small bales. As we can't store them at our store they are only available per delivery. Repurposed bags of Oaten hay are available instore and are ideal for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs. Which food is best for my dog? Every dog has different needs dependent on their individual circumstances.
